With a career spanning more than 20 years across Europe and Australia in both the private and public sectors, Luke brings a rare depth of insight into how property decisions intersect with regulation, risk, and long-term strategy.
His years of experience include:
Director at KPMG in Melbourne. This included advising ASX listed investment funds, superannuation funds, high-net-worth individuals and market leading landlords on technical due diligence and property transactions across the residential, office, industrial and health sectors.
Then more than half a decade working with Development Victoria, the Victorian State Government’s real estate development agency, on some of the largest urban renewal development projects in Australia navigating Local and State government to deliver policy outcomes for the people of Victoria.
Luke qualified as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in 2007. He’s proud that LRM achieved RICS regulated firm status and this ensures the highest standards of client care and industry leading best practice are applied to everything we do.
Luke’s collaborative approach and network of leading construction, legal, accounting and conveyancing professionals ensures the advice you get and the decisions you make are backed by experience and foresight.
As a dedicated father and husband he splits his spare time between having fun as a family, competing in local sporting events and supporting charities he’s passionate about.

With over a decade of experience in account management covering real estate and adjacent sectors with roles in digital marketing and stakeholder relations, Rebecca brings a dynamic blend of commercial insight and client-first thinking.
Rebecca oversees strategic relationship management, marketing and brand strategy ensuring every client interaction reflects our commitment to clarity, professionalism, and measurable value. She plays a key role in aligning internal operations with your expectations.
She has worked closely with owners and landlords to prepare, position, and optimise their properties for success. She has experience in managing needs assessments, client relationships, and property performance, drawing on her marketing and sales background to ensure each property is presented effectively and achieves strong results.
Rebecca is a deeply committed community focused professional. In her work with not-for-profits and surf life saving clubs in particular, Rebecca understands the diverse needs of complex organisations particularly operational, managerial and financial aspects. Her focus in any aspect of her professional life is the creation of seamless experiences for partners, stakeholders and clients
As a devoted mother and wife she focuses her leisure time on family, friends and charity work including most recently chairing her local toy library association to improve the lives of local children.
